Chirine is an internationally certified HR professional and executive positioning specialist with over 25 years of cumulative experience, including more than 11 years dedicated to HR development, executive recruitment, executive positioning, and career coaching across regional and global markets.

She is the first and only Lebanese Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), accredited by PARWCC-USA, reflecting adherence to globally recognized executive positioning standards applied at C-suite and senior leadership levels.

Under her leadership, The Impact Pro (TIP) has been recognized as a three-time UK award-winning practice (2025), honored for excellence in holistic HR consulting, recruitment advisory, executive positioning, and career development across multi-industry environments.
