The Impact Pro (TIP) is currently recruiting a Project Engineer for a major construction project in Dubai, UAE.
Key Requirements
• Arab nationality (Lebanese, Jordanian, Syrian, or Palestinian)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of civil, commercial, or industrial high-rise building construction experience
• Proven track record delivering high-rise building projects
• Certified Engineer – Unlimited Floors (Building & Contracting)
• Experience supervising major construction sites
• Sound knowledge of engineering design and construction codes
• Strong construction scheduling and site management skills
• Strong budget management and cost reporting skills
• Experience dealing with and responding to subcontractor variance reports and claims settlements
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and supervise third-party contractors
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of construction activities. Responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, monitoring project progress, coordinating site resources, supervising subcontractor performance, supporting consultant inspections, monitoring safety compliance, and assisting with project close-out documentation.
