URGENT HIRING | Project Manager – High-Rise & Complex Developments | Dubai, UAE

The Impact Pro is supporting a leading contracting company in Dubai in the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager with strong construction-management expertise across complex building developments.

The successful candidate will manage project budgets, schedules and deliverables while overseeing multidisciplinary teams, contractors and subcontractors and ensuring compliance with approved cost, quality, schedule and safety standards.

Key Requirements
– Degree in Civil Engineering

– 10–12+ years of civil or commercial construction-management experience

– Several years of experience as a Site Construction Manager

– Strong project exposure to high-rise offices, hotels, resorts, shopping complexes or comparable developments

– Proven domestic and international project-management exposure

– Strong knowledge of project costing, bid preparation, tendering and contract awards

– Strong command of scheduling, procurement, financial management and quality control

– Ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

– Strong negotiation, leadership and communication capabilities

– Familiarity with ISO and OHSAS standards

– Professional engineering certification from a recognized jurisdiction
