Urgent Hiring | Structural Engineer – High-Rise Towers | Dubai, UAE

We are urgently seeking a highly qualified Structural Engineer for a major high-rise tower project in Dubai.

Only candidates meeting the below mandatory criteria will be considered.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from a US or UK university
• Dubai Municipality License (Unlimited Floors) — mandatory
• Proven experience in tower structural design
• Strong hands-on experience in post-tension works and PT slab systems
• 6–8 years of experience within a main contractor environment
• Previous experience on reinforced concrete high-rise towers (40+ storeys)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and approval processes
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination
• Middle East construction project experience is essential
• Experience reviewing IFC drawings, structural calculations, temporary works, and construction sequencing

The role involves construction-stage structural engineering, technical coordination, site support, QA/QC engineering input, shop drawing review, sequencing/buildability assessment, and multidisciplinary coordination on complex tower developments.
